Our Cuisine

Carn't Wait!. The freshest food on our Turkish sailing gulets. Food on board is freshly prepared by our chefs using seasonal produce sourced from local markets and is a combination of healthy Mediterranean and Ottoman fayre. A variety of salads, yoghurt and vegetable dishes complement a wide variety of chicken, meat and fish dishes all healthily prepared using olive oil and fresh, local herbs.

Our allowance for provisions is higher than most other operators and so our chefs are able to source only the very best locally available ingredients for their menus.

Turkish cuisine caters perfectly for vegetarians. Our chefs are able to cater for special dietary requirements so please let us know in advance of any food allergies or preferences.
